Things Dutch people are famous for:-Wood Shoes
-Heineken Beer
- Being Dutch
- Cheap Dating
- Chocolate
- Not Baseball
But apparently, they're pretty good at baseball as they've upset the Dominican Republic in the World Baseball Classic. And I'm not going to lie, I was unaware that the Dutch even had enough major-league players to fill out an entire roster.
And in the meantime I'm watching Canada kick the crap out of the USA right now in their opening game in the Rogers Centre (Skydome) in Toronto. Can we beat the Canadians at anything? Hockey? Health Care? Freindly flannel wearing neighbors? Moose? Comedians? National Anthem?
(And don't argue me on the last one, if you've ever been to a hockey game, you have to admit that the Canadian National Anthem sounds better, actually makes sense in the way it's worded and isn't as akward because the singer really cant Whitney Houston the song up like the United States American Anthem. Forget America being the leader of the free world, it's Canada.
