I mean, they're so good, their technical director is getting inducted into the WIAA Hall of Fame.
Former Cascade High School soccer star Chris Henderson is one of three athletes who will be inducted this month into the Washington Interscholastic Activities Association Hall of Fame.
The hall of fame ceremony is April 15 at the Spirit of Washington Events Center in Renton. Athlete inductees are Henderson, a 1989 Cascade graduate and two-time Parade High School All-American, former Mariners first baseman John Olerud (Interlake 1986) and Lisa Raschkow Johnson (Auburn 1983), who played point guard for the University of Washington.
That's like me getting inducted into the baseball hall of fame while working for the Spokane Indians as their director of Public Relations. This is hilarious, the rest of the MLS couldn't hold the jock strap of the Sounders front office - much less the people they actually pay to play soccer.
