My eyes feel like they're burning looking at this photo

The Red Sox collapse at the end of this game and them being swept out of the playoffs could have been made into a Greek tragedy. Up by as much as four runs at one point, they couldn't hold on and a Vlad Guerrero single in the top of ninth made the crowd at Fenway Park expel one of those horrific and collective "Ooo...." noises like they just saw someone get shot in center field.

This is one of those "SportsCenter Killers" for me as I can't even watch SportsCenter now because I know they'll lead off with this defeat for about three days. No ESPN for me, luckily "On Demand" has "How I Met Your Mother."

What a day.
