AF1 gets contract with NFL Network

Good news everybody! Well those of you that have the NFL Network on your cable package and you follow the AF1. Every Friday night you'll be able to tune into the marquee game for the league that week (meaning that the Spokane Shock should be on basically every Friday).

TULSA, Okla. -- Arena football's new league has reached a one-year agreement with the NFL Network to broadcast a game of the week.

Spokesman Dennis Johnson confirmed Monday that the network will show one of Arena Football One's games each Friday night under the deal, which also has an option for a second year.

The agreement was first reported by Street & Smith's SportsBusiness Journal.
