Stores you wont see guys in

I've noticed that when I go to the mall, there's like three or four stores that I actually go in to shop. Usually it's either movie or sports related, and then Steve and Barry's. Because I love eight dollar shoes.

Some stores I don't even step foot in namely because it wasn't meant for me, because I'm a guy. As guys, we can probably get the majority of our needs at Walmart, Texaco and Big R. That's the main reason you wont see us in these stores...

Ross Dress for Less - Discount clothes shopping at its best. You'll see guys get taken in here with their girlfriends and they'll never return. One man once described this place as a "Frugal froo-froo shopping hell."

Fabric store - Seriously? What do guys need fabric for? Have you ever noticed how single guys usually sleep on one sheet that isn't even tucked in under the bed, and a blanket that was probably handed down to them from a generation of their family that crossed the American frontier. Or maybe that's just me.

Wet seal - ugh.

Bath and Body Works - This mecca to all things that smell pleasant and unmanly is basically a glorified exercise in lotion and bars of soap. Give me a bar of Irish Spring and I'm good to go.

Petco - Dog needs a collar? I'll make it out of a fan belt.

World Market - Imports are for sissies.

Please add your own suggestions!

  1. Of course it would be "Irish" Spring.

  3. I'm sure you remember all the times I went to Ross with Anna - her justification was that she would "go with me" to Best Buy when in reality she wanted to go to. Black hole.
