Solving the crack problem in America

Saw this on the Spokesman's popular Huckleberries's blog.

Tennessee is trying to become the first state to prod teenagers to pull up their pants by fining them up to $250 and 160 hours of community service for wearing the saggy pants style.

Uh guys... we're facing the biggest economic crisis in recent memory and you're worried about those young whippersnappers and their baggy pants? Let them wear their baggy pants - heck throw insults at them because they certainly wont be able to chase you down with those things on.
