Why Casey hates the LA Lakers

My esteemed co-blogger Casey apparently has an axe to grind with the Los Angeles Lakers. Not only does he want to see them lose in the Western Conference Finals, but I think he's secretly hoping that everyone on the team gets swine flu. I know. What a jerk.

What would cause such hatred towards a certain team? Where here is my guess...

(1) Casey hates the color yellow, and feels that purple makes him look fat. In fact he doesn't own a single article of clothing that looks remotely like the Lakers' colors. However, he does own a pink Royals t-shirt. Dont ask.

(2) Pau Gasol reminds him of an ugly girl he dated back in the day.

(3) The Vladi Divac computer controlled Lakers ended his 60-game win streak on NBA Jam. To this day he still sends Divac bags of poo.

(4) Adam Morrison is on the team, do you really need another reason to root against them?

(5) As a kid, Casey was a fan of "The Magic Hour" until he actually saw the show.
