Epic Video: Why do venomous animals live in warm climates?

I'm thrilled I live in the Northwest, where the most dangerous animal is a cougar or bear which usually hides out in the woods, as opposed to the tropics where there are countless nasty things hanging around. I mean other than when we hike, we don't have to worry about baddies unless Sasquatch decides to stop by Starbucks (it does happen in Starbucks).

And, surprise  there's a reason venomous animals hang around warmer areas as opposed to the mild, Pacific Northwest...
